pose such occasional or Subsidiary Court, or if in
default of such Commission the Court of King's Bench
should take order for the said purpose and any person
so appointed should be at hand and within to
execute such his office that then and in either of such
cases the person or persons so appointed shall
stand in the stead of the list of persons hereby
provisionally appointed as aforesaid

take such order as occasion may require: stating in detail
in the body of such order as well the reasons as the
evidence on which the same is grounded, and reserving
all punishments inflicted as such, and as
far as conveniently may be all other matters, for
the decision of the Court of King's Bench.
Art. 4. The Governor, if he should conceive himself4

aggrieved by the order of the said Extraordinary Court
may appeal to the Court of King's Bench. But this,
(except what concerns punishments as aforesaid)
without stay of execution, and only for subsequent redress
Art. 5. The Governor should he conceive himself aggrieved 5
— from the King's Bench
to the House of Lords
by any judgment of amotion suspension
censure or any other judgment or order of the Court
of King's Bench in the exercise of the power there-
-unto attributed by this Act may appeal to the
House of Lords: but this also without stay of execution
except what concerns punishment as aforesaid.
