Panopticon Bill. Forms Supperannuation An.

Instructions to the Annuitant:
stating the provisions of law of which he and others
are concerned to be informed in relation to
this grant.

Article.1. Payments due upon this Grant are (unless
at your request otherwise ordered as below Art.3.)
to be always made at the said Penitentiary House:
and (unless for your benefit otherwise ordered as below
Art.2.) each half yearly sum will, on the day when
the same is become due, or so soon after as it is
claimed, be paid at one payment: [34. Geo:3.ch.
SS.6.art. ] But

Art.2. For your benefit, if at any time you should
in the judgment of the Governor, be not likely to take
due care of such a sum, in such manner as to
make the same last untill the next half yearly
payment shall become due, he may instead of
paying it at all at once, pay it out to you in quarterly,
monthly, weekly or other instalments. [34. Geo:
3.Ch SS.6.art. ] Also

Art.3. By the indulgence of the Governor, in
case of your choosing to settle at or repair to any
place at a distance from the said Penitentiary
House and on that account finding it more convenient
to receive the money at or in the neighbourhood
of such distant place, you may on
