Panopticon Bill. Friendly Guardian

Art. 6. So also, after an Emancipatory Release

-- So after revocation, on
joint notice of recall from
Guardian & Governor --
License and a Revocation thereof duly executed as aforesaid if
upon joint Notice of Recall to the Metasylum received on the
part of the said Guardian and the said Governor the said
Ward shall not have surrendered himself at the said
Metasylum in pursuance of such Notice, or shall not have set
out in time for so surrendering himself by the day appointed,
or if by the oath of such Guardian or any person in his
behalf it should appear that there is reason to apprehend
that the giving of such Notice would be made us of as a
warning to escape, a Warrant of Caption & Conveyance may
in any such case by any Justice as aforesaid on complaint
made on the part of such Guardian and production of all proper
documents, be granted to the said Guardian or any proper
person on his behalf giving proper authority for the said
purpose: to which Warrant of Caption & Conveyance may also be
annexed a Warrant of Assistance as aforesaid.

Art. 7. Upon application made by or on the part of such

Guardian, the Ward, instead of being conveyed under the care
of the Guardian or his Agent as aforesaid may, by order of any
Justice be conveyed either in the same County, or from County
to County in the same manner as a Vagrant under the
Statute of the 17th year of the reign of King George 2d Chapter
5: with like penalties in case of misbehaviour on the part
of
