Panopticon Bill
Friendly Guard<hi rend="superscript">n</hi>
of any person therein: in which case such Justice may cause
the whole or any part of the expence of such conveyance to
be defray'd by the Guardian so applying, causing the
money to be handed over from Constable to Constable together
with the body of the person so passed, in such proportions
as the said Justice in his discretion shall think fit to order.
Art. 8. In as far as local situation admitts, such

conveyance may be performed by Sea or otherwise by Water
Carriage: and shall with the consent of the Master of any Vessel,
such Justice may for that purpose grant unto any such
Master a Warrant or Warrants as aforesaid.
Art. 9. The penalty of such Friendly Guardian's

Bond may be at the discretion of the Governor to any amount
from £50 to £100 inclusive: and among the conditions or
engagements thereof may be the appearing in due time to take
the Ward in charge: 2. the bearing the burthen of his
maintenance: 3. the paying full indemnification-money to the
extent of such Penalty for any Post-liberation felonies which
he may be convicted of having committed during the time:
4. the renewal of the Bond year after year or surrender of
the body: 5. the keeping up the annual payment of the Ward's
Superannuation - Annuity purchase-moneys: 6. the giving
copies of any Deed of Emancipation executed in his favour:
