Panopticon Bill.Friendly Guard<hi rend="superscript">nbe an Housekeeper and shall in that quality have made
payment to some Parochial or Government tax nor less he
have justified himself in manner hereinaftermentioned as
worth the sum of 200 over & above what is sufficient to
satisfy his just debts nor unless he shall first have justified
himself as in other respects a person of known
character & good fame, by having passed examination in
manner following: viz: nor unless the truth of such
examination be attested in manner herein also following:
Art. 12. In such examination full information shall be

names, age, present & past condition in respect of marriage,
present & past occupation or occupations, present & past place or
places of abode, present & past title to the denomination of a
Housekeeper as also in respect to his pecuniary sufficiency as
above, as likewise in respect to the occupation intended by him
to be given to his said intended Ward.
