Panopticon Bill Forms Friendly Guardians

Instruction with regard to fullness of enumeration

debts: and that he hath to the clear account in
.... Here cause him to state in what shape
his property to the above clear amount exists: as
Household Furniture, Stock in Trade &c. But forbear
examining into his pecuniary circumstances
further than is sufficient to ascertain their extending
to the above amount.

N.B. After every enumeration he hath made in
respect of successive Wives, Occupations, Places of
Abode and so forth, observe to ensure the compleatness
of the enumeration, by concluding for instance,
with the words, and no other or others to that effect.

Attestation

All which several particulars the said F.G. upon
his Oath [or if a Quaker upon his solemn
affirmation] declareth to be true: in further testimony
whereof he hath hereunto in my presence
subscribed his name.
