1. Recital

1. Whereas the term of the A.P. as Penitentiary Prisoner
in the said House does this day expire, And
2. Whereas F.G. at the request of the said A.P.
hath in pursuance of the Statute of the 34 of Geo:
3. Ch. II undertaken the Wardship of the said
A.P. in the capacity of his Friendly Guardian.
3. And hath this day executed in my favour a
proper Bond for that purpose
4.And whereas the said A.O. hath declared
himself desirous of being committed to the Guardianship
of the said F.G. under the authority
of the said Act:
5. And whereas he the said A.P. hath expressed
his desire & intention to exercise at [here

6. Which permissions & assistance the said
