Panopticon Bill.Friendly Guard.

II. Assignment.

Know all Men that I the Governor of the
said Penitentiary House do hereby in pursuance
of the said Statute, but, under the limitations &
conditions hereto subjoined assign to the said F. G.
the wardship of the said A. P. to the intent that
he the said A. P. may repair to the place aforesaid
there to exercise the occupation aforesaid.

III. Limitations & Conditions annexed
to the above Assignment.
1. This Assignment is good only for a year from

the body to be
surrendered at the
year's end --
the date hereof: the said F. G. being bound on or
before this day twelvemonth either to renew his
said Bond for one year longer or else to deliver
up or cause to be delivered up the body of the
said A. P. (if not absolutely prevented therefrom
by dangerous sickness on the part of the said
A P) to me or my Representative at the
Metasylum in [__________]

2. If the said F. G. should at any time think

of the power given
by it is revocable
with the concurrence
of the Governor -
fit to release in favour of the said A. P. any
part of the power of a Master to the said F.
G. over the said A. P. given by the said Statute,
such release will nevertheless in virtue of a clause
