Panopticon Bill.Friendly Guard.

at any time, by a Deed of Revocation executed
by the said F. G. & consented to and thereupon
countersigned by me, or by any Deputy or Successor
of mine.

3. This Assignment will become void in any of

in case of disability
on the part of
the Guardian --

the events following, that is to say:

1. The decease of the said F. G.

2. His having become insane.

3. His having ceased to be a Housekeeper within
this Kingdom of Great Britain: although if he
omitt to give due notice of such cessation to the
Governor, his Bondsmanship will be Article
of Sect VIII of the said Act, remain in force
against him notwithstanding.

4. His having been declared a Bankrupt.

5. His having made any general compensation with
his Creditors.

6. His having taken the benefit of any Insolvent
Act.

7. His having been for a month together under
confinement in any Prison or Prisons within this
said Kingdom.

8. His having been outlawed, or convicted of any
offence of the degree of felony or sentenced to
corporal punishment other than imprisonment
for less time than as above.
