Recital—

1. Assignment
of Wardship—

Recital.
Whereas on the |^^^| day of [Month Year] at the
request of the said A. W. the Wardship of him
the said A. W. was under the said Act assigned
to me in quality of his Friendly Guardian by
the Governor of the General Panopticon Penitentiary
House for the term of one year from the
date thereof: as appeareth by the Deed of Assignment
thereof in my possession a true copy whereof
was according to the said Act, taken and
returned by the said Governor, and another given to
the said A. W.—

Emancipatory
Release.

2. And Whereas on the |^^^| day of [Month Year] at
the further request of the said A. W. the whole [or if
by License say a certain portion] of the power over
him the said A. W. conveyed to me by the said
Assignment in quality as aforesaid was under certain
conditions & limitations released [if by license say
remitted] by me to and in favour of him the
