Art. 4. Whosoever with intent either to cause any

-- to procure other undue
advantage, or to do injury --
undue prejudice to any person or to the public, or for
himself or any other to obtain any undue advantage
shall alone or with others be concerned in obliterating,
altering or fabricating any such identification-mark
or in making any such undue use of any such
obliteration, alteration or fabrication or in attempting so
to do shall be deemed guilty of felony & be committed
to the Penitentiary House for not more than three
years nor less than one year.
