General Panopticon Penitentiary House Day Month Year
The following are the acts which on the part of any
Prisoner will be deemed attempts to escape from the
said Prison and as such punished with [ __________ ,]
according to a list approved by the Court of Kings
Bench in pursuance of the Statute Geo:3. ch. _____
1. Breaking or attempting to break through the
outer wall of the building.
2. Breaking or attempting to break through any
Partition between Cell & Cell.
3. Breaking or attempting to break through the
innermost grating or glazed partition of any Cell: or
forcing or picking or attempting to force or pick any
lock thereto belonging.
4. Breaking or attempting to break into the
Inspection Lodge.
5. Breaking down, Breaking through, undermining,
getting over, getting under, or attempting to break
down, break through, undermine, or get over or under
any part of the surrounding wall.
