a quarter thereof: if with force, twice as much as

Art. 2. For being intentionally instrumental

So for unlawful
liberation malâ
fide -

in the unlawful liberation of any Prisoner during
his or her term, confinement in the said House
for one year in addition to a term equal to what
remained of the Prisoner's term at the time of the
offence: for being concerned alone or with any other
in attempting such liberation, half such compound
term: for conspiring, or concerned as aforesaid in
making preparation to effect such unlawful
liberation, a quarter thereof: if with force twice as
long as if without force: the punishment moreover
to be multiplied according to the number of
the Prisoners so liberated or intended to be liberated:
and every such offence shall under the
reservation aforesaid be deemed felony.

Art. 3. Any such offence as aforesaid shall be
