6. Party damnified.
6. And Whereas by the Jury whereby he the said Q. P. has
been convicted of the said offence it has been found that A. D.
is the party and the only party damnified by the same.

7. Damage
7. And Whereas by the said Jury it has also been found that
the damage to the said A. D. accruing by reason of the said
offence amounts in the whole to the sum of £30 being equal to
the amount of your said maximum of [£20] and more.

No other felonies to
reduce the money due
8. And Whereas it does not appear that you have paid or
stand liable to pay any other sum on account of any Offence by
the said Q. P. committed since his said discharge.
II. Requisite Clause.

Requisite Clause
This is accordingly to require you at sight hereof in
obedience to the Statute aforesaid to pay to the said A. D. the
full sum of [£20] aforesaid according to the stamped
Bill of Exchange hereto annexed, together with the amount
of the stamp-duty thereon — Witness my hand

To be countersigned by the
Judge or Presiding Judge of
the Court with his stile of office.
