Art. 3. At the same successive periods the Governor
shall in like manner cause to be transmitted an alphabetical 3 So, of Prisoners discharged with the maximum payable for each
list of all such Prisoners as shall in each interval have been
discharged from the said Penitentiary House: which said
list shall be stiled The List of Penitentiary Discharges
in which said last mentioned list, opposite each person's name
and mark shall be specified the maximum or greatest sum
which in the instance of the person so distinguished, he the
Governor would in the event of a Post-liberation Felony or any
number of such felonies committed by the person so named
be bound on the score of indemnification-money to pay as
herein before mentioned.

Art. 4. From every such periodical & supplemental
list as they respectively arrive, the said Officer shall compleat the 4 -wherefrom a Table of Penitentiary Admissions & Discharges to be kept by each Court
two several original lists either by insertions or by fresh copies as
convenience shall require: as also upon the List of Prisoners
received, in a column to be provided and left blank for the purpose
shall from the said discharged list make entry of every
Prisoner discharged together with the indemnification-money
as aforesaid: thereby compleating the same either by insertions
or by a fresh copy and so toties quoties into one General
and standing Table of Penitentiary Admissions and
Discharged: which Table he shall cause to be kept constantly
