Panopticon Bill.Settlement.

4. That we understand [or are inclined to believe] that A. W. [or that a person who
by the best description we can as yet obtain of him appears to be A. W.] of [Street Town]
or [Parish] as the case is in your County could if duly examined give material information
touching the premises: inasmuch as [Here state what the supposed Witness is supposed
to know relative to the business]

Whereupon in pursuance of the said Statute our humble petition is as follows; viz:

1. That your Worships would be pleased with all convenient dispatch to make an
Order of Deputation deputing some one of yourselves or your fellows, to take the Examination
of the said A. W. touching the premises (according to the Instruction hereunto annexed
marked E) as also of any other persons whose evidence may to such Magistrate appear
likely to be material thereto and capable of being obtained: for which Order of Deputation we
herein also inclose a blank Form marked [D.] with which for that purpose we have
been furnished by the Governor aforesaid.

2. That, together with such Order of Deputation, properly filled your Worships
would also be pleased to cause to be delivered to such Magistrate as well the said Order of
Adjudication and Examination as the said annexed paper of Instruction directing him to
have due regard thereto so far forth as the same may be proper and by Law fit to be
observed.

3. That your Worships, so soon as you shall have made such Deputation as
aforesaid, would be pleased to cause a Letter of advice thereof to be sent to us by the
Clerk of your Worshipful Court, or in such other manner as to your Worships may
seem meet, informing us of the name and abode of the Magistrate so deputed, and
that the papers herewith sent have been transmitted to such Magistrate: for which
Letter of Advice we herein inclose a blank Form marked F in like manner
furnished to us by the said Governor, And your Petitioners shall ever pray etc
