To the Governor of the General Panopticon Penitentiary House.
Sir

Mr P. M. Post Master of this Town having on day month
given me a letter, appearing to be from you and directed to the Officiating Minister
of Parish or Place Town or County I did accordingly on day month repair to the
Parish Church of [or Chapel] of the said Parish and did then and there before [or after]
the time of Divine Service deliver the said letter into the hands of the Rev.d [
