Delivery at the Parish
Church good for included
Vills, &
Art.4. Every such Letter so received by such Minister shall
moreover by him or by his procurement be accordingly forthwith delivered
to some one of the Churchwardens or other Overseers of the Poor for such
Parish or Place: and such delivery shall, for the purpose of binding
all persons to whom for all Townships the charge of the Poor respectively
appertaineth, be good for all Townships Vills or Hamlets if more
than one that are included in such Parish.

and notwithstanding the
union of the Parish with
others, by Houses of Industry &c.
Art.5. So also although the Poor of such Parish or division
of a Parish are not maintained within the Parish, but, in conjunction
with the Poor of some other Parish or Township or other Townships
or Parishes, in any House of Industry or other common establishment
instituted under a special Act of Parliament or otherwise.

Mode with regard to extra
parochial places
Art.6. And if the Place in question be an Extra-Parochial
Place then the same being named to the best of the writer's knowledge
or belief by its proper name and addressed to some neighbouring Post
Town and accompanied by the best direction which he can obtain shall
be forwarded by the Post Master to any Chapel if any such there be
thereto belonging, and if none then delivered to any person at one of
the principal houses choosing in preference one of the most considerable
Houses within such Place.
