such copies or memorandums as he may be concerned to take: &
in whatever blank Forms the said Governor shall for any of the
said purposes furnish as aforesaid he is hereby directed and required
to insert a proper memorandum giving to the persons respectively
concerned sufficient notice and information of the said channel
hereby provided as aforesaid.

Costs of Communication,
made in any other manner
than by Post as aforesaid,
no to be allowed.
Art. 29. And Be it enacted that whosoever
with intent to defraud any person shall be concerned in obliterating,
altering or fabricating any written of printed instrument made
or purporting to be made in pursuance of this Act or in making
a like fraudulent use of any such obliteration, alteration or fabrication,
or in attempting so to do shall be deemed guilty of felony,
and be committed to the said Penitentiary House for
seven years.
