into the conspiracy
for defeating the establishment,
and having
entered into the
plan or conspiracy
for wasting the public
money in the
purchase of Ld Salisbury's
estate for the
benefit of Ld Salisbury
in pretence of
its being for the establishment,
he proposed
the Estate to J.B.
in the intent pretence
of intending to apply it to that
purpose, but intending
in fact
never so to do: he
undertook the management
of the business for the express
purpose of causing
it to miscarry.
