accede to the substance

Why ought not Long
have the
Armed Memorial
eternally
Answer For fear of
Nepean - Hence it
was necessary to
get a Memorial
in a state capable
of being negatived
by the Board.

The demand of the
apparently increased
allowance being
piched upon as the
ground of the
negative - Hence
came the apparent
consent to Nepean -
to encourage him
to expect such an
increase - that he
might encourage
J.B. to make a
demand for it.
