14 Jany 1802 Before A + A 3 Connectg Observd §3 Clandestine

I. Ld Belgrave
In The instance, in the instance of Ld this noble Lord, as in this instance many <add>it would</add>
of any other person, have been in that of the meanest of his servants, my object was — to relieve exempt him, as far
as depended upon myself, from every shadow of inconvenience.
But in his instance that this exemption was what
could not do be afforded, in the compleatest <add>a degree, ever so compleat as otherwise,</add> so compleatly as otherwise without

to make such arrangements, and would have was content to make made
them at my own expence, that not a single individual,
going passing to or from the Penitentiary House
should ever be visible from any part of his Lordships grounds.

Under these circumstances, Lord Grosvenor, and
Ld Belgrave's Land Steward - their Land Surveyor -

and correct view of Lordsh the interest
of the noble Fa family in respect of that their that very ample estat territory those estates,
were longed to see the Penitentiary place were delighted
at the thoughtsof the accommodation and increased value which they saw resulting to it from the Penitentiary establishment,
think would be the result of the Penitentiary place, accrue to from
and, not suspecting the possibility of any other conception, on
