the original and demonstratively demonstrably as yet insufficient numbers
insufficient with reference to the declared expansion amplitude
of the views of Parliament — or to enlarge it.

In the middle of August 1799 — when the previous
Contract had for months been hopeless — when
one season had thus been wilfully lost and wasted —
but when the definitive conveyance was at any rate
crawling in its pace — in the depths of the season of official leisure along with the business
of the supplemental part of the ground it seemed time to
bring on the carpet that of the extent and magnitude of the
building to be set down upon it. This produced In this consideration
gave bulk to the letter to Mr Long which will be seen presently
in in its place.
