My Dear Sir Admiralty 24th Sept 1799

I had an opportunity of talking with Mr
Rec'd at Kendor same
day 5 or 6
No to build for referred
to King —

Long yesterday, from whom I find that a reference has been
made to Mr King, for the number of Men to be provided for,
and in consequence of this communication I wrote to Mr King
last night urging him to make his report. You had better
call upon him.(a) (a) In Notes

I shall dine with Mr King to day and shall
also speak to him on the subject. —
