being altogether certain whether their construction of Your Graces
letter of the c - augustAug October August be correct, they would beg to know,
whether the number of 2150 (of) <hi rend="underline">therein mentioned, or any and
what other number, be the number, for which, in your
Grace's opinion, provision ought to be made in the intended
Penitentiary House.(e)</p>
