A proposition that somebody who had "examined" the I undertook to show why it was – in what
truly enough had made his Grace understand view it was, that this irrelevant Act was thus dragged
distinctly enough, was that so lazy a person as in – say it It was to make confusion; and
that of casting off all regard to truth together with and all
of them, any thing might be done by one
man in his place to a man in any place, effectually
and safely. Effectually, yes; for as long as the
reign of his Grace continued: and perhaps for ever: as to safely, as is
point that for trial.

I say again it was to make confirm and

as far as Mr King is may be susceptible of express views – with
that express view. For to what other end, go out of
his way to try in an Act which is in repugnancy
to the purpose for which he quotes it? But two Acts have more matter in them than one: and
the Act that was nothing to the purpose had more
matter in it by a good deal – and great variety
of matter – than the Act which was to the purpose and to of which the extent to was the purpose to that purpose which he he was thus labouring to defeat: and
the wider the wood, the more credible that he a man should
have fairly lost himself in it.

I set out with stating, to Your Lordship, as a key
to the whole business, the manufacture practice of confusion as not only among
the undersigned propensities, but among the studied of the confederacy,
and every acting hand concerned in it: among their arts, as being that one of all others which they are most perfect in, and
which nobody who likes it in hand can ever fail in: the
art which, in made an otherwise desperate case like this, is would be worth all
others put together; because in proportion to the success and and what extent to which
it is employed, it would serve to repel those eyes, on the of which depends all prospect of redress.
