and those documents forwarded put into his hands by me.
It is perfectly very true that one thousand and no more was the
number which the Treasury stood engaged to give me. But it
is no less so that their practice was at that time unknown to Mr King.
It appears stands recorded indeed in the Draught of Contract as printed in the
28th Finance Report: but I have told already had occasion
to state to your Lordship the month of not the day on
which this Report and the eyes of Mr King forced itself
for the first time upon the eyes of Mr King: and that was

article kind of knowledge information – an information to which Mr King
was not yet arrived, what could be done for the good
of the service, I mean for the service of the conspiracy, was done by Mr King. This was the

Thus much, and thus much only, is proved by

object was sufficiently understood – to oppose reduce the
establishment as low to as low a point as it could be reduced to: 0 not
excepted: to what precise point it might be reducible,
and by what particular plan course of operation, was as yet
