I am somewh at a loss to Answer Your favor as the
few Guns & Kentledge we have ever charged Wharfage for have
generally had no Notice taken of them at pr Annum but
charged the same whether they lay a few Weeks or Months
viz: during the Season or the Time the Ships lay up
but should suppose the following would not be an
unreasonable Charge viz: 6 lb'ers Guns 0 1/2 pr Week
Rent 9 lb'ers 0d 3/4 pr Wk rent 12 lb'ers 1d pr Week Rent
for laying and in that proportion to any Size, Crainage
Landing & towing at 2s. pr. Ton. The same for Shipping off

I should suppose 1d pr. Ton pr. Week would
be a fair Rent for Kentledge altho' I think if a large
Quantity and likely to lay some Time an Abatement
might be made --

I am happy to hear your Old Enemy in his
Attack has given you so little Pain may he always give
you the same Quarter. I am sorry to say he uses
me even worse than formerly leaving me almost a Cripple
but shall notwithstanding take an early opportunity of
paying you my respects - -
