Copy of the Warrant under the Authority
of which it was issued bearing date
the 21st of October 1799, having been
procured from the Exchequer, it appears
that this Imprest is not subject to
any other Account than such as
may be required by the Lords —
Commissioners of the Treasury, and
does not therefore come within
the cognizance of this Board, to —
whom their Lordships have not signified
any directions to that effect. This
point being ascertained the Commissioners
have resumed the consideration of your
Letter Marked No 1, and also dated
the 14th of July, on the subject of the
Account which you have been called
upon to render for a Sum of two
