1. Voucher consisting required from Mr Campbell and White in
support of the article of discharge for consisting in the £50 stated as paid
to that firm for wharf-room for the cast iron for about
four years.

Mr calls for the receipt. It being pretty
evident that no such receipt can be produced, Mr Chief
Inspector gives this intimation that he is not to be satisfied
with any other. Applying to the surviving partner, Mr White
I obtain from him a receipt, the only none having been
given to me before. This receipt I send herein inclosed.
Along with it I received a letter note from Mr White, stating
how it happened that no receipt was given before. I have
his letter to produce whenever required: together with the a
letter from me of mine to him, by which his note as above
with the voucher receipt desired by way of voucher was produced.
In these written documents the whole of the communication
between us is comprized no other have I had with him
in writing or viva voce, immediately or by the intervention
of any other person or persons of on either side. This I
declare thus upon my honour, and am ready to declare
as much upon oath, undergoing any examination for
that purpose
