6 Introduction
2. One other reason is — that among of the considerations
which form the matter of the two first of the three papers,
which, constituting the Appendix to my abovementioned paper of Answers is are
at this same time transmitted to the Office at the Adelphi, a considerable
matter part turn on the practice of the Superior Courts in Westminster Hall, and other in points of law: and in that
