Moreover, in and by Art 3d of the four articles in his said
Account, the Accountant had the Wharf of "Mess<hi rend="superscript">rs</hi>"
"Campbell and White Timber Merchants at Millbank" as
the Wharf at which the "cast iron" in question being the
iron of which in the said Query the said Mr Lloyd is stated
as having superintended the delivery) "being sent from the
"said Foundry at Sheffield by water" (viz. by the
foundry thereof the said Booth & Co)was "delivered"
here them was a tender made of additional "proof" that the [+] </del>

employed in the 3d
Query of Mr Chief
Inspector) that

"etc articles, itemed in these extracts from these Books, were
"actually received by him " viz. this the Accountant.

Of the matter of these tenders, any more than of
the tender mentioned as above in Charge the first, does
Mr Chief Inspector vouchsafe to take any sort of notice
but when proof of particular with tenders there before after tender offer upon offer
but, with tenders upon tenders lying before him,
him tendering offering on each occasion particular articles
of proof to be delivered in such shapes as should be
required under by the authority of the Board, continues to calls throughout in
general terms to for proof! proof!: as if no such
tender had ever been made... this calling out, for that as if an
omission on the part of the Accountant had made it necessary for
having to call out, for this
obedience which he knew the Accountant eager to pay,
and the payments of which, whether through malice or negligence, his
(Mr Chief Inspectors) non conduct - viz. his affected inexorable
silence has all along rendered impossible. was, all the while rendering impossible.
