contained in Mr Chief Inspector's said Query. For distinction it has

1. " The Contract" to speak of the terms of the said requisition ( "thedraught Draft of which" "was laid before
"the Committee of Finance, and reported by them in their
"28th Report" is ( the <add> being a Report bearing date 26t of June 26 1798) in their said the printed Copies of the said
Report printed with divers blanks; by which it appears 26 June 1798
that at the time of this giving in of the said Draft from
the Treasury, the same was had not been executed: but
in the title thereof, the in the description given of the date
the words "in the 36th year of the reign of our Sovereign
"Lord George the third" stated past.

2. Moreover, in In the same Accountant's said first Letter stands 14 July 1807
a paragraph in these words, " This .... The nature of the

payment of which experienced an accidental retardment viz.

or no, was therefore a matter, which in regard to the proving or disproving,
with a the fact of or the propriety of the disbursements [+] without

the several previous times in that belief maintained,
