2. Turning in the next place to the other Query No 5,
having for its subject the as yet unauthenticated Books of Accounts, waiting
to be authenticated, and converted into Vouchers, in such manner
as should in compliance with his prayer in such manner as in compliance with his be prescribed, the intimation, observed by the

Accountant perplexity
remains still

In this perplexity under this discouragement and under this discouragement
determined to take his only chance, however faint
it might be, for affording satisfaction, and obtaining
his quictus under this head, the Accountant obtained,
and he sent in, the said - fresh acknowledgment: but in what 24 May 1808
light it has been considered, whether as if having
furnished the evidence sought for by this requisition or
not, he has not been informed, nor is he able to assure
himself.
