Change Observation

7
Of the nine distinguished distinct charges, which have thus
been submitted to the consideration of the Board, there
is not one that, for the substantiating it, has in so
required and far as it may be deemed capable of being substantiated will be formed to require reference
to any other evidence than that on which it stands
expressly provided.

Whatsoever therefore may be the opinion of the
Board, there will not, v in the present occasion instance , be
(what in other instances will frequently take have place) be
any need or occasion for a call upon the Accountant,
in quality of accuser, to make good his
charge. In each instance, if he has not already
made it good, he truly declares himself unable to so to do
make it good : having in each the instance of each charge, either stated therefore
either by question or distinct reference the evidence, and the which of the evidence, on which it is grounded.
And in these considerations he begs leave by anticipation to decline
in his part, any further communication on the subject.
