4. Concluding declaration having the effect of a decision

"to be disbursements on my account, without the Receipts,
"of the parties, or other evidence of actual payment."

Other evidence, as above, had [4] In a paper
which, while Mr Chief Inspector was penning this
Query no paragraph which he calls a Query,
was, or at least ought to have been lying before

which forms

Queries, a Index of "other evidence of actual payment"
was stands actually made as above. To the
evidence so tendered, he makes not any objection: nor
yet, of the tender itself does he take any notice.
