Causes of
The anonymousness
and invisibility
having the effect of
diminishing individual
responsibility
has thus been the
cause of their taking
such a liberty as
to give their sanction to proceedings
to which
their minds have
never been applied

and sure enough whatever else was ever objected no one can thought of
objecting to any one of them that has office was a sinecure.
What a man is seen by any other man or otherwise known to do he is responsible for:
in plain English in case of misconduct punishable for.

Along Concomitant In comparing Case with my doubts concerning the existence of
the supposed functionaries Judges here in question may have been my observed the doubts
entertained by me concerning the use made by them,
their existence being supposed, of the facility of thought.

In the affected established anonymousness and invisibility in
question may be seen the source and origin of both these doubts —
For a man who whether by his person in the attitude
of speaking, or by ha his signature name signed to a paper
is sure to act, thought as well as action, thought
for the purpose of action, is to a virtuous in some degree necessary.
By an idiot a , or by a lunatic maniac during
the fit, the function office is not capable of being executed .

But when whatever part may come to have been taken
by a man, it so the matter is settled that it will
never be known who the person is by whom that part has been taken.
