Arrangements Suggested
III. Examine Accountants

7
The soil of economy thus described is in truth indeed the more natural
inasmuch as for its sanction it finds precedents in such abundance
and these of the highest rank from the highest sources.

Collecting evidence, and in this colloquial mode,
is indeed a most and troublesome operation: and
as in all parts of the civilised world all Judges who have found powers enough
in their hands have by a sort of co-operation, which happily
required no consent concurred in ridding them turning over
of speedily as possible and being down to inferior hands; no worse consequence
ever resulting being ever found to <add> seem to from it, than injustice in the shape of
misdecision, delay, vexation and expense with indefinite do arising of of which
whatsoever might may be the amount the blame follows
where the whole of the burthen falls without doors, and
is not felt by any person written down in the shape of
blame.

In the present instance, the addition that [+] would [+] afford the prospect of talking in the oral mode in all cases in which it promises relief to individuals
require to be made to the labour of the higher intent appear'd rigorous
does not present itself as likely to be very considerable.
On Yet the of the public, in a case where any such idea as that of my idea of had presented <add>itself</add> found any
the slightest suspicion is entertained has been veiled in the source ground of fraud
this mode would I presume, be employed as matters
stand at present.

In ends Fraud apart and considering the matter with a <add> purely with a </add> view to no other object than than the the convenience of individuals
to enable an Accountant to
save himself from whatsoever unnecessary vexation and expense he
might otherwise be exposed to, nothing more could be necessary
than to in the written commendation
made, under according to the existing practice, by a prayer of Observations)
and Queries, to add insert an optional clause, giving
to the Accountant the option of personal attendance, on
any one of a number of drafts for which purpose , if the this residence here be in
the
the vicinity of the Office
the option could will be a
real one, and be of
real use: if at a
certain degree of remoteness,
it might be
, or through
being , it were
to prove but a normal
one, it would at any rate do no harm, at any rate.
