re Reasons
in support of Common Law Evidence, as comprised with
the sort of document called a
Voucher:
as also against the virtual exclusion put upon such as are case subsequential and succedaneous,
with the application of the said reasons to the <add> Personal Account of the
Accountant Account of Jeremy Bentham of Lincoln's Inn Esq:,
a Accountant and his case, in respect thereof as stated in the Missives put in by
him July 1808, to Mr Chief Inspector
Whitcombe the paper of Observations and Queries in
the said Account, dated 10 March 1808, and signed
and transmitted to him, by Mr Chief Inspector
Whitcombe.
