The benefit extra profit expectable from the system of mechanical
inventions shall it be considered as being of sufficient
suffering to serve defray as to set off as on the whole or as to any and what part to the expence of Inspectors
Salaries as above together with the 25 per Cent
in the which by my Contract I should have had to
pay to the Prisoners in the amount of their earning?

In relation to this question whatsoever judgment it may
now to be formed by my Arbitrators, to myself, for the
reasons already note alluded to, it will make no difference.

N.B. Since the abovementioned date viz. Feby 1803 no
account of the of this Prison has ever reached me.
