Meetg at Mr Whishaws Chambers - present
Messrs Wishaw Kullock Cook Koe & Litchfield

The Arbitrators observed (often it had been
stated to them that it was not expected that
the witness puposed to be examined ever that
morning attend) that it seemed impossible to get
through the subject within the time limited -
When Koe observ'd that in consequence of
what had fallen from Mr Corke at the last
meeting it appeared to be Mr Benthams
inclination to submit some proposition to
the Treasury - Messrs Wishaw and Kullock
observed that seemed the most desirable
course -

believed he shd be enabled in the course of the
