On this occasion, so much having been said of the
uses to which extent, to which in the way of practical
use, and thence naturally in the way of profit to the
persons concerned the inventionsas in the inventions, the works operations in question
might have been in question were in their nature susceptible of,
at the same time that, it is also said stated on the other hand,
it has also been stated, viz. as in the Act (52.G.3.c.44) (§§.4) what [+] "by reason of such

questions present themselves as
hence it is that to a
reasonable judiciary mind, viewing the matter from the situation in which
it will be viewed by my Arbitrators, a sort of apparent the case may perhaps
inconsistency seems to me as likely to present itself, not
an inconsistency, which
present the idea of an inconsistency, such as until it is cleared up, will be may seem
apt to present itself as appearing to appear a bar to any claim
on this ground at least, considered as separate from the
ground of the Contract, as below which will in the next and last place
be brought to view.

To any such idea, expression will I imagine be found to be given nor that an inadequate
one, by those questions

of any such inconsistency the idea will naturally may receive what
I flatter myself will be found a not inapposite or inadequate
find expression in two or three not one obvious question,

together with which I shall proceed to state, together with such
more answers as I am able and as it seems necessary
for me to give
