4. In an economical view point of view at least at any rate the
advantage afforded in the Claimant's case, by a principle of architecture which
places stationing the whole number of the working hands, at all times
under the eyes of the Managers and the whole body of his assistants, enables, orders to be conveyed instantaneously at the same ti instant to to every one of them,
and shews at every instant, how far they have been
pursued or failed of having been pursued will hardly
be questioned he flatters himself appear open open to
dispute.
