If then on any such ground as that of absurdity and
extravagance in respect of upon the calculation in question
and consequently upon its authors, any such imputation
as that of absurdity and extravagance could should
really be cast, it will at any rate be some consol
a consolation which will not be wanting to them is — the
reflection that whatsoever it may be to their lot to suffer
in that shape and that on that score it will not be
suffered by them but in good company: in company with
the Treasury Board and the Secretary of State's Office for the
several years whole time, beginning at in Jany March
1793 or rather in Jany 1791, and ending in March 1800: not to speak of the
Finance Committee
of 1797-8

1800. Of Concerning the causes by which the task of pronouncing upon the estimate
has been imposed attached upon his my arbitrators and the burthen of
praying whatsoever may be the amount of the award, upon the public,
he is no less able to speak, as than he is contended to keep silence.
