Panopt. Compensation Claim III Contract
§.9 Set off

Of the single service extra reaped by the
public from my labour on this ground, the value will
be more or less consider considerable, according as at
the time of its being taken as above out of my hands,
it is considered as capable or not capable of being let;
in the whole or in part, upon building leases: —
capable, or presenting a real prospect of becoming so.

Even in this case £10 £18,000, or
£10,050, according as interest viz from 25 Decr 1799 to 25 March 1813 the time
of the purchase
is or is not taken into

liable to be resumed at a month's warning for the public
purpose, liable to be resumed at a short warning for
the purpose of being let on building leases on a private
account, the rent was thus high and thence thence the
value as expressed in purchase money was thus high, add to it on this

let in absolute terms in the usual manner on absolute
leases it would not but have been much higher. £6,000 the might I
difference between the should suppose be thought not too much
