During my abode at Lincoln's Inn, from the time of
his entrance into that society which was I think about
the year 1774 the most intimate friend and constant companion
for many years together as had a common table
was Mr George Wilson, the Kings Counsel, who has lately
retired to his native country, Scotland. He of course is
not within reach for of personal application. But he from
a very early period having been in habits of the strictest
intimacy with Sir Samuel Romilly, and recently for many
years past if I am not misinformed, with my Arbitrator
abovementioned, whatsoever parti he is the person
who from whose accounts whatsoever may not have in relation to the particulars people in question
been made known to the gentleman in question form their own
observation
whatsoever conception on the part of the gentleman
just named in question may not have been formed by from their
own observation will naturally have been derived.
