Expence of an Official Establishment, for a Prison or
the plan here in Question containing 1000 Prisoners. —
Say, for shortness Sir George Paul and M<hi rend="superscript">r. Beecher
estimated Rate. —
5 Rate resulting from the Account spoken of by the
said Beecher, as above, as the Account, for 1,00 years,
(ending as supposed) the 25th Decr. 1810 of the Nottinghamshire
House of Correction at Southwell, and the Estimate
therefrom deduced by him, say for shortness, Southwell
Rate for 2 Years ending 25<hi rend="superscript">th Dec<hi rend="superscript">r. 1810. —
6, Rate resulting from an Account for one
Quarter, ending (as supposed) on the same 25th December
1810, referred to by the same Gentlemen, and printed
in the above mentioned Report. Say, for shortness,
Southwell Rate for one Quarter ending 25<hi rend="superscript">th Dec<hi rend="underline">r. 1810.
