circumstances in that behalf stated, feel myself disposed to give. - (a)
Thus much, in respect of capacity for management concerning the Claimant, taken by himself. But, for
assistance, in so far as any such assistance should have been found
necessary, he would have had that of his above mentioned Brother;
whose claim has, by release, been consolidated with his own, and under
whose management, in and by one great work, out of a considerable
number, altogether forming but a small part of the aggregate mass
of the objects of his care, a net saving to government, to the amount of
about £40,000 a year, will so little further require to has already mentioned + be mentioned
and the proofs of it referred to.
(a) In the Southwell Prison, the following particulars, extracted
from the above Table, may afford some conception
of the average, shortness of the terms in that case.
