Leading Points Panopticon Bill

Sect. III. intitled Purchase of Land.

1. Immediate possession given of the old Land at
Battersea Rise, on payment of the price already found.

2. The deficiency, if any, to be made up by another
Jury, impanelled at my expence.

3. If by a limited time the land is not applied to
the pur public purpose for which it is taken, the
Proprietors to have it back again, free form all
claims on the part of the Public, which is more than
they have at present: for at present it is nobody's.

4. The Occupiers (who are but Tenants at Will) to
receive full satisfaction for the loss of whatsoever part
it may be necessary to take into hand immediately,
for the sake of the building &c.
