II. Giving a Title to each Section a Title expressive of its contents.
III. Giving in like manner a short and characteristic
title to the Bill.
4. Referring to the former Statutes by the number
of the Section as well as that of the Chapter.
IV. Displaying Inserting the number of the Chapter, as also that
of the Section, in the references made to former
Statutes. instead of characterising them no otherwise putting by the Statute
referring to them only then by the Year of the Reign
with or without of the Title.
